A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Customer Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with customers to address product-related issues and drive product adoption
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently by partnering with product and engineering teams
  • Develop diagnostic tools and scripts to assist in troubleshooting and reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR)

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in customer engineering and SRE teams
  • Experience with API troubleshooting and integrations in AWS
  • Familiarity with CloudNative platforms, micro-services, and containerized deployments
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, PHP, JavaScript, React, Go, or Java
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
