Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a holistic data strategy to transform data into insights for higher education institutions and learners
• Lead the development and implementation of analytics tools, collaborating with internal teams to align with organizational strategy
• Engage with external stakeholders to determine user needs and monitor industry trends for best practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing data products from inception to launch in complex environments
• Expertise in data and analytics across the full data stack, including strategy development and execution
• Experience in Agile product development and creating proofs of concept using various data tools
• Understanding of higher education recruitment, admissions, and enrollment processes
• Experience creating business cases and securing buy-in from senior leadership
