Key Responsibilities
- Close and manage e-commerce companies on the SaaS platform
- Organize and manage production schedules for key accounts
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Account Management experience, preferably in a startup environment
- 2+ years of experience working with a CRM like Hubspot or Salesforce
- Experience in the e-commerce industry or FMCG space
- Demonstrated success in implementing sales strategies and exceeding objectives
- Interest in developing and selling business solutions at the C-Suite level
