Account Executive – Factories

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive – Factories (English/Chinese Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing factories and onboard new ones based on business needs
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities while collaborating with the sales team
• Generate progress reports and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle account executive experience, preferably in a startup environment, e-commerce, or FMCG sector
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (C2)
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience working with a CRM like Hubspot or Salesforce
• Interest in developing and selling business solutions at the C-Suite level
