A company is looking for an Installation Administrator to manage the installation and administration of contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support client management by researching and developing customer-specific resolutions
  • Build, maintain, and audit benefits in the system
  • Mentor and lead a team of analysts while performing structure building and billing setup

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience working within claims processing systems, guidelines, and processes
  • Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, edit/create spreadsheet)
  • Ability to work during normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, including occasional overtime
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
