Care Ambassador – Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Ambassador to provide support for patients with rare diseases and their healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
• Manage inbound and outbound communications to resolve issues and ensure patient adherence to therapies
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare providers and support personnel

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in case/account management, relationship management, or customer support
• Ability to work flexible hours during business operations from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm EST
• Preferred experience in specialty pharmacy or pharmacy accreditation
• Must be at least 18 years of age
