  • Develop relationships with managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications
  • Screen resumes, manage candidates throughout the hiring process, and negotiate final offers
  • Conduct market research to identify and recruit relevant talent while enhancing candidate experience

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of talent acquisition experience with a successful track record in sourcing and hiring
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting
  • Familiarity with Lever or other ATS systems and candidate management systems
  • Commitment to fostering an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required
