Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Analyst to execute policies and procedures for the Dealer Management program covering RV and Marine dealerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and validate dealer performance metrics and address breaches in thresholds
• Develop and document processes, procedures, and end-user materials
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and address performance issues

Required Qualifications

• 4 – 6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field
• In-depth knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices, and business processes
• Understanding of risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements
• Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience
• Experience in data-driven decision making
