Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi-year capital strategy for funding needs
• Manage relationships with lending partners and oversee the diligence process for investors
• Advise the CEO, CFO, and Board on capital availability and market conditions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a high-performance start-up or investment banking environment
• Expert knowledge of non-recourse and structured finance techniques
• Debt restructuring and equity raising experience
• Experience interfacing at the C-Suite and Board level
• Basic familiarity with regulatory requirements in real estate lending
