Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Development Manager to oversee document creation and contract management for provider customer contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and edit agreements, amendments, and notice letters while managing review cycles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contract documents with operational needs
• Manage document processes and provide support for audits and litigation

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or Master’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience
• Associate’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience
• High school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
• Advanced degree (i.e., MBA or JD) preferred
