Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with key channel and technology partners to drive revenue and market expansion
  • Oversee the design and execution of scalable partner programs, including onboarding and enablement
  • Lead a team of partner managers, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and performance expectations

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in channel and/or partner management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in building and optimizing partner ecosystems with demonstrable revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
