Contract Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist I to join their Study Start-Up team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, negotiate, track, and finalize Confidentiality Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, Budgets, and Letters of Indemnification
• Manage all required contractual agreements with investigator sites, including negotiation of budget and language
• Maintain tracking of site contracts and provide regular updates to the project team and client regarding status and timelines

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or its international equivalent in business administration, legal studies, or life sciences
• At least 1 year of legal experience with contract language, budget development, and negotiations
• At least 1 year of related industry experience, preferably in a CRO
• Ability to work with internal and external customers/vendors to meet project-specific goals
