Digital Asset Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DAM (Digital Asset Manager) Administrator to manage the administration of their DAM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the vision and direction of the DAM, focusing on user adoption and change management
• Manage the creation, maintenance, and execution of metadata, taxonomy structure, and user permissions
• Develop and maintain governance documentation and assist in training users on the DAM platform

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in administration within DAM systems (e.g., Tenovos, Widen, Workfront, AEM)
• Familiarity with metadata for tagging assets and cataloging taxonomy
• Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Information Technology, or related field
• Prior work experience supporting marketing functions in the Financial Services Industry
