A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager focused on building strategic relationships and improving the renewals process for SMB and Mid-Market customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scale the Tech Touch process for SMB customers in NAMER
  • Develop KPIs and collaborate with Customer Success partners to meet customer outcomes
  • Manage escalations, re-paper non-auto renewals, and improve the renewals strategy

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales or Account Management roles with a proven record of success
  • Experience in Internal Communications or Management Consultancy (preferred)
  • Experience in project management and collaboration tools
  • Experience delivering successful products to market
  • Knowledge of industry and market trends related to the company’s products and services
