Director of GTM Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A, GTM Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the Q2C strategy and processes
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive strategic initiatives and develop compensation plans
• Oversee order management and support non-standard deal structuring and approvals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Q2C, finance, or sales operations, with at least 5 years in leadership
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Q2C processes
• Experience with ERP systems, CRM tools, and Q2C automation platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
