Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to provide technical sales support and management for networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-sales engineering, including network design and technical training
• Develop territory account plans based on industry trends and business economics
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners, assisting in revenue generation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of pre-sales or equivalent experience with routing, switching, and Wi-Fi technologies
• Professional or associate level networking industry certification preferred
• Working knowledge of RUCKUS Networks wireless, wired, and software solutions
• Ability to support and manage troubleshooting processes for complex problems
