Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Consumer Insights to lead their consumer insights function and drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive consumer insights strategy aligned with business objectives
• Administer customer feedback programs and present actionable insights through dashboards and reports
• Oversee qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing consumer data to generate insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Statistics, Marketing, Psychology, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or related fields
• Proficiency in Qualtrics and strong analytical skills in data interpretation and statistical analysis
• Familiarity with analytics and research tools (e.g., R, SPSS, SAS, Excel, Python)
• Proven leadership and team management experience
