A company is looking for a Strategic Communications Specialist to support VA’s communications efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and develop strategic communications and social media plans
  • Research, draft, and edit promotional and informational content
  • Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Affairs, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Public Affairs, Communications, or Technical Writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and social networking platforms
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Teams)
  • Familiarity with the Associated Press Style Guide is preferred
