Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data accessibility, security, and alignment with business objectives
• Lead the development of real-time data streaming solutions and oversee data governance policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Basic understanding of genomic concepts and terminology
• 6+ years of experience working with professional scrum teams
• 4+ years of experience using Git versioning control
• 3+ years of experience designing and indexing relational databases
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer, data, math, or life sciences or equivalent work experience
