A company is looking for a Principal Backend Software Engineer for Yahoo Mail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, test, and debug features supporting client functionalities
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects and coach a distributed team
- Participate in agile development processes including sprints and code reviews
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in building scalable distributed systems
- Experience in OOP, preferably in Java or C++
- Experience in cloud-native application development, preferably in GCP or AWS
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
