A company is looking for an Associate, Process Improvement to join their Eligibility & Billing Optimization team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional projects, including stakeholder engagement and project planning
  • Evaluate departmental performance through data analysis and assist in developing metrics and mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create communication and program strategies for successful change management

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting
  • 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, or Python
  • 2+ years of end-to-end project management experience
  • 2+ years of experience in designing and improving workflows and procedures
  • 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma
