- Experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or related roles within the SaaS or Enterprise software industry
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring teams
- Strong strategic mindset and ability to manage day-to-day operations
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and projects
- Experience with customer-facing and data analytics systems
