Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Product Owner to act as the primary liaison between the ServiceNow platform team and business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the ServiceNow platform and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
  • Gather and document business requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria while ensuring alignment with best practices
  • Develop and maintain product backlogs and roadmaps, and oversee testing and deployment activities for the ServiceNow platform

Required Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a product owner in ServiceNow, focusing on Application Portfolio Management, Service Portfolio Management, and CMDB
  • Experience in a product and stakeholder-facing role, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders
  • Proven experience in designing and enhancing ServiceNow modules and processes
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITIL Certification preferred
  • High School diploma with 2 years of experience, or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of relevant experience required
