A company is looking for a Documentation Coordinator to support the development and maintenance of practitioner operations manuals and forms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update operations manuals and forms
- Maintain a comprehensive library of manuals and forms in draft and final forms
- Interact with various departments to facilitate the publication and distribution of manuals and forms
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in English, Journalism, or Communications preferred, or high school diploma with equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of experience in writing, editing, and managing editorial content, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with form creation or knowledge of Adobe LiveCycle Designer
- Demonstrated accuracy in grammar, spelling, and sentence construction
- Proven ability to manage detailed processes and work independently
