Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the configuration, development, maintenance, and upgrades of HRIS systems
  • Manage HR Operations and Onboarding teams, creating training programs and performance evaluation standards
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and manage annual compliance reports
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience working with ADP WFN is required
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS system evaluation, implementation, and support
  • Experience with compliance reporting (AAP, EEO-1, CA EEO-1, VETS-4212)
