¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

Manage the entire Talent Acquisition process (interviews, offer letters, comms to vendor., exit interviews…)
Administration of recruitment process tool
Manage and ensure the Talent Cycle the process of employees (Goals, IDPs, Appraissals…)
Manage and execute Climate & Engagement surveys to RSC and FZs
Support the function on Compensation & Benefits tasks, Development programs, Training opportunities and Culture programs
Support the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) events
Working closely with the P&C team to ensure that all processes are right.

Salary 25.000€

Maternity leave contract (8 months aprox)

Two days working from home. Offices in Bambu
