A company is looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee IT service delivery for Venue Infrastructure and Application support teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the IT service delivery catalog for venues, festivals, and offices
  • Establish and track SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics for IT services
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service delivery policies

Required Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of experience in IT Service Delivery and operations management
  • Experience in developing and managing SLAs and KPIs
  • ITIL v3 Expert certification preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired
  • Experience with ITSM software applications and reporting tools
