Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support software products in the clinical genetics domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and define system requirements to support software enhancements throughout the SDLC
• Communicate technical and functional requirements with stakeholders and create JIRA tickets for the Engineering team
• Coordinate with QA to develop test plans and validate features against requirements

Required Qualifications

• Domain knowledge of genetics, genetic testing, and/or healthcare
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a Biology-related discipline or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of business analysis experience with software development
• Strong working knowledge and experience using JIRA
• Proficiency with SQL and experience with relational/non-relational databases
