Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate strategic initiatives between national account leadership and the internal sales team
- Develop annual incentive programs for national accounts that align with corporate objectives
- Facilitate national account promotions and coordinate with internal stakeholders to support operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years sales experience in the Wholesale Channel
- Familiarity with the plumbing industry and products is preferred
- Experience at a national or regional level supporting a centralized network distributor
- Experience selling into Appliance and International Markets is a plus
