Employee Safety and Risk Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Safety and Risk Claims Consultant to deliver customized claims training and analysis to mitigate employee lost work time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical claim expertise and coaching to management
• Analyze claim data to develop strategies for return to work and claim closure
• Design and facilitate training on employee injury management and claims administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred
• Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation claims systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
