Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of HRBP experience
• Proven ability to scale processes in a global, matrixed environment
• Strong coaching and influencing skills at the VP+ level
• Expertise in talent strategy development and workforce planning
• Experience partnering with Go-To-Market teams in a SaaS or technology environment
