- Analyze data to identify challenges and recommend solutions for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of HRBP experience
- Proven ability to scale processes in a global, matrixed environment
- Strong coaching and influencing skills at the VP+ level
- Expertise in talent strategy development and workforce planning
- Experience partnering with Go-To-Market teams in a SaaS or technology environment
