Key Responsibilities:
  • Participates in salary surveys and conducts market research to maintain competitive compensation programs
  • Acts as a primary compensation contact, providing consulting and advisory support on compensation-related matters
  • Administers the compensation review cycle, including merit increases and incentive programs, ensuring data integrity and communication

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a compensation analyst role
  • CCP certification preferred
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
  • Experience presenting complex information to non-technical audiences
