A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to support the development and administration of compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participates in salary surveys and conducts market research to maintain competitive compensation programs
- Acts as a primary compensation contact, providing consulting and advisory support on compensation-related matters
- Administers the compensation review cycle, including merit increases and incentive programs, ensuring data integrity and communication
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- 2+ years of experience in a compensation analyst role
- CCP certification preferred
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Experience presenting complex information to non-technical audiences
