Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reverse Logistics Content Manager to oversee and manage a cross-functional team focused on content and process optimization in Reverse Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cross-functional team to enhance collaboration and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement a content strategy for the Reverse Logistics department, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Monitor KPIs and oversee the QA process to optimize internal workflows and training programs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in a distribution environment preferred
• Access to reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office space
