Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Accounting Solutions Consultant to join their Client Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding and provide ongoing production accounting support
• Collaborate with internal teams to address pre and post-integration production accounting issues
• Develop training programs and standard operating procedures for customer success teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years managing customer-facing support teams and resolving escalations
• 5+ years of experience in entertainment payroll; product accounting experience preferred
• Experience in a high-growth technology company
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
