Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Success Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support enrollment, student development, and retention services
• Manage a group of assigned students and coach them through their degree program
• Encourage and support students in developing skills and knowledge for academic success

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Two or more years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, or counseling
• Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
• Ability to learn technical skills quickly
• Strong customer support focus
