Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and foster new relationships through strategic account-based selling efforts
  • Navigate key senior decision-makers within the enterprise account segment to identify opportunities and drive sales
  • Initiate, negotiate, and secure new customers while driving growth within the existing customer base
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably in Talent, HCM/HR software, or Recruitment/Talent/HR
  • Proven credibility consulting with C-Suite level decision makers
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities with key accounts
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and building lasting relationships with global brands
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills to communicate the value of solutions effectively
