Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, and use quality control procedures and audit criteria
  • Provide guidance to subordinates and recommend changes to policies

Required Qualifications:
  • Paralegal Certification or Law degree highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 5+ years of professional experience required
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position
  • Experience in healthcare law, arbitration, mediation, dispute resolution or claims and appeals adjudication in healthcare
  • Familiarity with Appeals & Hearings required; expertise within the Hearings & Appeals function strongly preferred
