This Assistant Financial Controller role is ideally suited to an ambitious professional to make their mark within the financial team of our client. The successful candidate will be integral to the accounting & finance team, providing essential support and driving forward the company’s financial goals.

¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
- Facilitate and manage the preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain and improve financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the accounting team and with different international stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Perform financial analysis and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, working with IFRS and USGAAP.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
A successful Assistant Controller should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial software and databases.
- Fluent level of English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills.
