Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and support for programmatic accreditation applications and compliance
• Develop faculty development initiatives and oversee student success programs
• Assist in the development and implementation of academic policies and compliance measures

Required Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in higher education or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education accreditation and assessment
• Previous administrative experience in higher education
• Experience in managing programmatic accreditation activities
• Comfortable using statistical analysis software such as SPSS
