Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans and manage implementation projects
  • Monitor customer issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Mentor employees and facilitate special committees

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Ability to conduct intermediate troubleshooting for product installation
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • PMP Certification, insurance industry knowledge, implementation experience, or data conversion experience are a plus
