Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to perform business analysis functions and serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the software development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Document project objectives and analyze project scope to identify stakeholders
• Elicit, specify, and validate functional project requirements through various methods
• Establish testing strategies and document system changes, including business rules and use cases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in mortgage banking
• Two years of experience in programming/system analysis, business process, or project management
• Relevant experience in mortgage lending and/or consumer lending technology
• Experience leading teams in agile settings and managing backlog/release plans
• Demonstrated experience in business process improvement initiatives
