A company is looking for a Business Development Manager (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives and create a culture of continued success and goal achievement through talent management, coaching and training
  • Partner closely with marketing and sales leaders to optimize the end-to-end process
  • Support BDRs by call coaching and providing feedback on calls and email cadences

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4-7 years in a sales role within the industry
  • 2+ years of prior sales management experience
  • Proficiency in CRM + prospecting tools and deep understanding of prospecting, cold calling, objection handling, and qualifying
  • Experience managing remote teams is a plus
