Claims Process Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Business Process Consultant – National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the implementation and management of claim operational strategies, policies, and workflow processes
• Assist with managing complex claims issues and benefit configurations
• Participate in the development of the claims organizational structure and handle special projects as defined by Leader

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• 3+ years of medical claims processing experience in a health insurance company setting
• 1+ years’ experience with QC/Quantum Choice Platform
• Knowledge and experience in a healthcare environment with HIPAA requirements
• Ability to work normal business hours, with occasional overtime or weekends as needed
