Client Litigation Manager – Commercial General Liability

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Litigation Manager in Commercial General Liability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to keep them informed of anticipated exposure
• Handle public relations related to media interest in specific cases
• Develop strategies to bring cases to satisfactory resolution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred, with legal courses preferred
• Eight years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five years of claims management experience and three years of litigation claims management
• Legal experience preferred
