Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Sales Director to lead a team of high-performing Client Account Executives within their commercial business segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of Account Executives to achieve revenue and KPI goals
• Collaborate with various business units to drive productivity and efficiency improvements
• Conduct regular coaching, forecasting reviews, and team meetings to enhance performance and motivation

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-specific sales or leadership experience managing complex deals
• Proven track record in driving upsell/cross-sell revenue and achieving quota targets
• Experience managing complex sales cycles from start to finish
• Expert level business acumen and experience in maintaining accurate forecasting data
• Preferred experience with Sales Engagement Technology
