Clinical Quality Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to therapists and internal teams on clinical and administrative issues in telehealth practice
• Identify knowledge and practice gaps, execute improvement plans, and offer professional development for therapists
• Ensure accuracy of clinical documentation, improve documentation practices, and offer peer support to providers

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and an active unencumbered clinical license in any state (LCSW, LMFT, LPC or equivalent)
• Over 8 years of licensed clinical therapy experience with diverse populations
• Working knowledge of documentation requirements in behavioral health, clinical quality improvement, and 2 years in a private practice setting
• Clinical quality improvement, peer review, and/or clinical supervision background required
• Solid understanding of CPT codes in behavioral health is preferred
