Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, negotiate, and approve various contracts, including SaaS agreements and professional service terms
• Advise and coordinate with internal business units on vendor agreements and associated risks
• Support the development of contract templates, commercial policies, and process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. Law School
• 5+ years of experience in vendor and service provider contracting
• Strong background in software and services procurement
• Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements with vendors and suppliers
• Experience working in a distributed, remote work environment preferred
