  • Develop and execute a community engagement strategy to enhance customer retention

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in community management within a SaaS company
  • Proven success in launching and engaging online communities
  • Experience in strategizing and promoting community events and webinars
  • Familiarity with Lexia products is a plus
