- Moderate community interactions and enforce guidelines to ensure a safe environment
- Act as a liaison for customer communication, facilitating discussions and events
- Develop and execute a community engagement strategy to enhance customer retention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in community management within a SaaS company
- Proven success in launching and engaging online communities
- Experience in strategizing and promoting community events and webinars
- Familiarity with Lexia products is a plus
