Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the product vision and strategy for the community platform
  • Conduct member research to gather feedback and understand user needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement new features and improvements

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years working within a community org/team with 2-3 years directly in a community platform/product team
  • 2+ years experience in program, project, or technical management
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, user experience design, and community engagement strategies
  • Experience working with various online community platforms and tools
  • Good technical understanding and ability to pick up new tools quickly
