Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of agreements
• Develop, improve, and maintain templates, corporate policies, and processes
• Manage CLM solutions and procurement tools, work cross-functionally to identify risks, and provide legal and business advice

Required Qualifications:

• JD from a top law school and membership in the California Bar
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, including in-house and/or law firm experience
• Experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating contracts, and familiarity with CLM solutions and procurement tools
• Dispute resolution experience preferred
• International experience and intellectual property/privacy knowledge are a plus
